At Flowerholic we take great pride in our products and thoroughly inspect each item before it is shipped.

However, I accept returns and exchanges for:

Items arrive damaged or defectiveJust contact me within 2 days of delivery and provide photo showing damage goods, packaging and shipping label.

I don't accept cancellations for:

Change of mind

Made to order items

Custom or personalised orders

For return or exchange items, buyers are responsible for all postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 15% restocking fee will be applied.
Post items back to me within: 5 days of delivery
